#1 Way to be Graceful

We found this amazing definition of graceful. Collins Dictionary defines it as “Someone or something that is graceful moves in a smooth and controlled way which is attractive to watch.”

Of course you are attractive, but Are you smooth? Are you controlled?

When I was little, I used to watch adults scurry and rush. It showed me as a young adult that this was NOT how to be graceful. If you watch kings, queens and even celebrities, they usually don’t rush for anyone. When you rush it’s a sign the of unprepared.

He are some some recommendations to exhibit grace in your daily life.

  1. Let your speech always be grateful and positive. Everything you say should add flavor like seasoned salt. Be attentive to each person you speak to, so that you may know how you ought to answer questions with value. This shows the control over your tongue and mindfulness.
  2. “Be quick but don’t hurry.” A line made famous by John Wooden a famous basketball coach. If you go too fast, you seem stressed or you stress others out with your movements. Never hurry when it comes to people. Instead, “Go slow to go fast.” This is one way you can be smooth even if you have two left feet.
